Professional Credentials
Todd Sensing holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification. These are independent designations issued by separate organizations.
The CFA charter is awarded by CFA Institute to candidates who pass three sequential exams covering investment analysis, portfolio management, and ethical standards, and who meet professional experience requirements. As of 2025, approximately 204,000 professionals worldwide hold the CFA charter. Source: CFA Institute.
The CFP® certification is awarded by CFP Board to candidates who complete education requirements, pass a comprehensive examination, meet experience standards, and agree to ongoing ethical and fiduciary obligations. Todd also holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation from the Exit Planning Institute and the Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®) designation from The American College of Financial Services.

The CFA charter reflects training in investment analysis and portfolio management. The CFP® certification reflects training in comprehensive financial planning. Together they represent expertise across both disciplines.
Experience
References to "25+ years" and "Capital Markets" describe Todd Sensing's career in capital markets and financial services, which began in 1993. This includes proprietary trading, work on the funding desk at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, management of a long/short real estate fund launched in 2007, and wealth advisory. The reference to FHLBank Atlanta holding $143.5 billion in total assets is as of December 31, 2006, per the bank's Form 10-K filed with the SEC; it describes the institution, not assets managed by Todd Sensing.
