What to expect when you reach out.
When you contact FamilyVest, you will hear back from Todd directly, typically within one business day. There is no sales team, no junior associate screening calls, and no pressure. The initial conversation is about understanding your situation and determining whether our approach is the right fit for what you need.
Most first conversations last 20 to 30 minutes. We will ask about what prompted your outreach, your current planning situation, and what concerns are top of mind. If it makes sense to continue, we will schedule a more detailed discovery meeting. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you honestly and, where possible, suggest someone who might be.
FamilyVest is a fee-only fiduciary practice. We earn no commissions or product-sales compensation. That commitment applies from the very first conversation.
